How it Works
1. Sign up! Use the links above to tell us a little about your company and make sure to send a completed W-9 to modernbouquetpreservation@gmail.com.
2. Once completed, you'll see your company listed on our secret page here. Now you're ready to start sharing access with your clients!
3. Make it automated! Add the QR code to the very bottom of your invoice, signature line, or email template with a short line like "To preserve your bouquet, visit our friends here."
4. At the end of the year, your points will be tallied for every valid purchase and a check will be mailed to you.
